also problems with green color

Water bugs, swimming insects and sweat bees.
Foaming bubbly water. Frogs in the pool.
Dead animals in the swimming pool.

we have a brand new pool and also have well water, same as Sue in her post "green". the water has been green from the get go & we have used a de-mineralizer and all other chemicals suggested by our pool supplier with no luck, it is still very green. any other suggestions? i hate the color.

Make sure ph is in correct range
