pool/spa help needed

I have a pool with an attached spa/jacuzzi. On the pump there are four valves. I know the two valves on the end control the jets in the spa. The two in the middle are not marked (I am renting this house). To make a long story short, I'm not sure what got touched, but suddenly the spa is draining and the water in the pool is rising.

Any suggestions on how to get the water back into the spa?
