leaking pool

Hi there. My pool is losing water about 1" a day. It seems that my center drain is leaking. There is an concaved area around it. The liner looks to be shriveled in this area I have not done anything but look at this time. I assuming that this the problem area. We all know what it means when you assume! Is the liner pulling away from the drain? Can I repair it? Is there such a thing as a big patch to cover this area? I just don't want to change the liner at this time. It is still quite new. Are there any suggestions?
