Bad problem with new pool

We just had a fibergalss pool installed and when anyone gets in the pool it fells like it shocks you (electricity shock). Has anyone ever heard of this. We have an electrician coming to look at it tommorrow.

Was the pool grounded when it was installled?

Check the panel where you have it grounded make sure the neutrals(white) and the grounds (green) are not on the same bar. What is happening is the back feed from the wires are traveling back thru the grounds.
