Navigator stops on pool drain
Navigator stops on pool drain
My brand new navigator keeps stopping over the pool drain. Everything seems to be working well and pressure is good. I have tried changing the ratio of cleaning to skimming and nothing works. Any suggestions?

Navigator
Hi,
It sounds like you have suction on the main drain which is trapping the Navigator on the drain. This is a very common problem. If you have a 2 hole skimmer, try plugging the hole to the main drain, (Usually the hole closest to the pool). The other hole should be the suction intake to the pump. If you have a valve to split suction between the main drain and the skimmer, make sure the main drain suction is closed off.
Hope this helps.
