Pool colour

Postby Jacks » Fri 25 Aug, 2006 09:36

We need to refinish our gunite pool. Right now it has a white botttom, which appears light blue when filled with water. Some people are recommending to colour it black but we are not too sure about it. Any recommendations? We are concerned a black bottom will show more dirt on the botttom.

Also looking to convert from chlorine to salt. What are the benefits and it there an operating cost advantage?

My recommenation would to go with what they call a carribean blue which is about half way between what you have and dark blue.

I have it and it looks great!!!!
