I HAVE ADJUSTED PH, ADDED SHOCK. AND THE POOL IS STILL CLOUDY :? AND NO CHLORINE IS REGISTERING ON MY STRIP TESTING YET?????

When you shock your pool you are taking all the ph out... you shock then increase your ph...
shocking takes ph.

That's probably dead algae floating around, it will take a few days to completely clear out.

Zero chlorine reading means that the entire chlorine you've added has been consumed in oxidizing whatever was there *or* you have compromised reagents/strips.

There is usually very little impact on the pH after shocking the pool.
