I am helping a friend that has a 51 ft2, vertical grid, DE filter by swimquip, using 1.5 HP motor. Just performed manual cleaning of filter and added manufacturer's recommended amount of DE (5 lbs).
The pressure guage, mounted on top of the filter, is reading 3 psi. Is this a resonable pressure?
