brown sediment on pool bottom

After vaccuming pool I took a water sample from filter waste. I keep getting rusty fine sediment and staining on pool sides and steps.Pool is clear and chemicals are norm.I was told the sample had high copper level and my heater bladder is breaking down.I used iron out and stain left but I keep getting sediment.I put chlorine tablets in skimmer ,never had algae and keep chems good.What gives.
