line pressure test faking?

Hi,
I am new here...have a new 8 month pool cement....there is a lot of water in the soil on both sides of the pool that has not dried up...my patio and decking has an ugly gray and blach apperance...the contracteer sayi its the irragation system....I only have bubblers in dirt and around one side... I was told if it was my landscaping? I only have bubbler where my patio looks so bad....my question is can a pressurized air leak test be made to trick the customer....and if it can be faked how would they go about1.....I have the leak detectors coming on Mon....but am worried that they can clogg the lines....any info out there would be welcomed....and if it can be done is there away to detect it? thanks in advance.
