Black Algae - I found a quick solution

Hey! a friend suggested to apply granular chlorinne over the pool surface so it falls onto the patchy, black algae.

I spread it like feeding the chooks.
15 mins later the black patches are disappearing.

Turn on filter and will see in morning some improvement.
Will also do chem test for PH etc.

The PH went through the roof. 8.0+
Adjusted with acid. Now 7.2
Water was really cloudy.
