Calcium Build-up on grout from Spa Waterfall

I am having a problem with calcium deposit build-up on my grout that is just under a waterfall from the spa into the pool. I have tried muritic acid and did not seem to work for me. Please help!! What can I try, this seems to be getting worse and worse. PB says its normal.

You could consider water blasting it. However, the pressure required may damage the grout too.
