cant figure out what to do

currently have an above ground pool that no matter what i do the water still has a green tint to it and it is driving me crazy. i have shocked and shocked, i have also drained water and refilled. the cyanuric acid is 0, so if you can please help. Thanks

go to pool store and get some stabilizer. Your chlorine is burning up too fast to work. Add your chlorine at night with pump running. Keep pump running 24/7 until water clears up. Make sure P.H. and alkalinity levels are good. Remember, Filter Filter,Filter.....
