Cloudy Water

I had a new liner installed and started using bacqacil. After my pool got water mold two weeks after opeining I spent megabucks trying to rid the mold. My pool dealer finally told me I would need to switch to chlorine to rid the mold. (Note: I used chlorine for 6 years and had no problems). I have now converted my pool to chlorine and all readings are perfect. Problem is I have blue cloudy water in the deep end and semi cloudy in shallow end. I have shocked and reshocked, used clarifier and algacides. I use my polaris daily and I have new sand. I would like to be able to see my main drain this season. I still have some silt on the bottom of my pool that resettles after I remove my polaris. Can anyone help me please?

Have you used copper-based chemicals in your pool? The blue cloudy "dust" may be a result of excess copper or copper sulfate in the water.
