I had a private person install my pool . After filling the pool, there are two spots where there are air bubbles under the liner against the side walls. Will this affect anything besides appearance? IT is also 1/2 off level. HE also did not use patio blocks. He put 2by 4s under the beams.
WE dont know if we should get it fixed. thanks!
