Spots between tiles

Stains on the pool surfaces, pool equipment
or on the swimmers, or off-color swimming pool
water. Discolored but clear pool water.

Spots between tiles

I have a new pool. There are spots forming between the tiles that are brown in color and semi round in shape. Any ideas?
