Solar Cover to Solar Reel

If anyone knows of Instructions available to connect Solar Cover onto Solar Reel properly i would appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction

I spent all this money on a new cover and a reel and no instructions came with it and cant get intheswim.com to reply to my emails with any help

Second year i have it and its a struggle to use it, It dont seem to be attached right, dont roll up right and dont unroll right

Seems like it was a whole lot easier to just fold the cover and drag it aorund lol NOT funny i need help!

Do you have a round pool or oval pool?

Is your reel mounted in the middle of the pool or at one end?
