What is floc, clarifier, stabilizer, cyanuric acid,
algaecide, brightener, dichlor, sodium hypo,
sodium bisulfate, ....??

can a high level of cyanuric acid be the cause of a low pH.

Yes, the source will be the method of chlorine addition. Dichlor has a pH of 6.9, while trichlor has a pH of 2.9 Both combine chlorine with cyanuric acid.

So having a buildup of cyanuric acid will coincide with a pH drop.
