salt system or baquacil

we just bought a house with a inground pool. we are considering changing it to a non-chlorine system. which is best the salt system or the baquacil

Salt is not non chlorine a salt chlorinator generates chlorine from salt. However your alternatives are not really great Baquacil often ends up being converted to chlorine after a few years as the cost and increasing demand make it uneconomic.

Go with a good salt water system. You will love it.
