Sand filter crack repair

Hello

My sand filter has a crack along the top of it where you connect the 5 position valve.. A little water is comming out and I can hear some air..Any ideas what to use to repair this crack??

Replacement tank is required. A crack where the MPV attaches is structural and not reasonably easy to repair.

What happened to cause this?

Most tanks are covered by a pro-rata warranty of several years how old is your tank?
