I have just been given a TH kit but the scale is in "degrees Clark".
How do I convert this to PPM?

Water hardness
To convert degrees Clark to ppm calcium carbonate multiply by 14.28
To get ppm calcium multiply by 5.71
We usually use the value for calcium carbonate in pool water balance equations.
