New pump leaks

Hi all:

I just replaced my 3/4 superpump and it leaks. It is a brand new pump and when I put it on all the seals were in place and lined up straight. It is leaking out of the weep hole and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Any Ideas??? Thanks

Looks like you need to change the shaft seal
