The liner has stretched out from under the return, exposing approx 1/4 inch of backing. The exposed area is roughly 1/3 of the diameter of the jet. The pool is 20x40 inground, one return, one skimmer. Water seeps through regardles of pump running or not. Is there a "washer" or patch kit that I can put behind the jet to account for the additional surface area?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The pool was a DIY kit installed by previous owner. It's too big to ignore and too expensinve to back fill with a "real" pool. I have done all of the upgrades to the pool to date with close contact with our pool specialists.(They have asked me to work for them many times...) I will be calling them, I was looking for some insight from other experienced owners. We have to make the best of what we have.
