Bio Guard Silk Tabs

Postby joleandersatyahow » Wed 16 May, 2007 19:46

I have been using Softswim for 2 years. It has proven to be very expensive especially when it rains so much. I am considering changing to Chlorine. It has been suggested that I try Bio Guard Silk Tabs. This product has only been on the market for 2-3 years. Supposedly it is not as harsh as Chlorine but not as expensive as Softswim. I would like some feedback on the pros and cons of using this product.

Silk tabs are trichlorotabs or once a week tablets or whatever you find the large chlorine tablets called in your area, just a different shape.

They are okay as a chlorine donor but not as cheap as the others on the market.
