My pool pump is working but doesn't seem to have the suction that it had to the point that my navigator will not move very fast [/b]

How long have you had your Navigator? As the filter gets dirty, the Nav slows. Make sure that the skimmer is the only valve that is open. If the suction is being shared, the suction will not be as strong at the Nav head.

NAv, should run maintenance free for at least 1 full season. The unit come aprt easily but I dont think you need to go that route just yet.
