Green Cloudy water

I just filled up the pool after totally disenfecting it and used water from the tap. The water here is generally hard.
I put some FloccerII (Aluminum Sulphate) in the pool and the water went from clear to cloudy and has a green colour.
How do I get this water clear again. pool is 150CM X 3 meters X 7 Meters
this would mean 32Cubic meters of water.

Lack of experience is the answer.

anyhow the PH is 7.2 CL was below average I forget the exact figure.
Yesterday I shocked the water by dissolving 1 kg of CL on water and throwing it in the pool.
What can I do now it has not changed a thing.
