Algae on sides an dbottom of pool

I opened the pool about four weeks ago. Smooth sailing. Left it alone for about three days and I was covered in algae onthe bottom and all on the sides. Now I cannot get rid of it. It is sticking to the sides it won't come off with brushing, vacuming dosen't help, all my levels all good. Please help!!!
