What should our chlorine level be if we are also using Pristine Blue?

What should our chlorine level be if we are also using Pristine Blue?

From what I have read, pristine blue is a copper based, chlorine alternative. That being said, Pristine Blue still requires a .5 chlorine level which doesnt make much sense to me...especially since copper+chlorine can result in blonde hair turning green.

Green hair, sounds great..

We opted for the Pristine Blue because we thought it might be better since we have a toddler who can be sensitive to things.. If we decided to change to chlorine in the future, is it a big deal to do that?
