power light not on, generating light not on but getting power

I have the hayward AquaRite low salt generator, its getting power the screen does display "3.10" but the power light is off and the generating light is off. See photos, scratching my head trying to figure out what is going on.

I suspect a bad Thermistor. What are the diagnostic readings?

If you can solder, youTube has a handful of helpful videos on how to repair Aquarite board.
