have new pool; 15 by 30 13,000 gal;s of water .water is pump from my well, well water. looks rusted , what can I DO :shock: :cry:

use a sequestering agent (jack's magic at 12-15 ppm). this will clump metal ions making them big enough to be filtered and will also coat all metals the water comes in contact with.

I have the same problem - tried Metal Free twice... then was advised by several folks with well water to use Iron Out. 5 lbs for 6500 and I now have crystal clean water! :) Almost instant results within minutes!! One guy has a 38,000 gallon pool and uses this all the time with NO problems. :)
