Flocculant
I floc'd my pool yesterday and 95% of the suspended particles are on the bottom today. However, 5% is in good size clumps half way down. Will this settle out or should I vacuum the bottom and refloc? Thanks for any help. Leon
Flocculant help
Hi Leon
I suggest you vacuum the pool. The floc that is floating will settle with time. This is usually indicative of too much flocculant. The flocculant will keep on working until it expends itself.
You may have to vacuum several times due to the "delayed" action of the flocculant. DO NOT add any more. You should only add flocculant when the water begins to look dull, cloudy and turbid.
