Blue Walls / Fiberglass Pool

I have a very low PH and Low Alkalinity, I'm also colorblind enough that I use an Aquacheck device to determine PH, C & TA.

My pool has 6,000 gallons ... I cannot get the PH to show above 7, and usually reads around 6.6 to 6.8

The TA number seems to fluctuate.

I don't trust the results of the Aquacheck, but I'm stuck.

Well, when I came home this evening, looked in the pool, and now the pool water is clear, but there is a blue stain on the walls, in some places, like on the steps where I stepped in recently to test the water, the stain is very dark.

Oh, and Chlorine level was zero when I arrived home ... ran out of tabs in the chlorine feeder.

Oh ... and ... I have spent the last week trying with Soda Ash and Alkalinity Up to adjust both ... but the numbers just don't seem to budge, or at least stay up.

I'm stuck.
