Where can I purchase Muriatic Acid

Problems relating to pH and total alkalinity.
Increase ph, increase TA. Reduce pH, reduce TA.

Where within Home Depot/Lowes. I asked and they kept giving me a dumb founded look :shock:

...or your local hardware store. You can also go to your local pool store as a last resort but they will charge $19.99 for what you can get at Home Depot for $4.99.

Typical, the local home depot and lowes do not carry. So Im off to the pool store.

Call around to your local hardware store. Muriatic acid is commonly used for cleaning masonry.

Typical, people at Lowes say different things on different days. Lowes has it.

They may also call it "Hydrochloric Acid" or "Acid Wash"...all names for the same thing.
