It also depends if you plan on ordering your tile online? you could call a place that sells tile or email them and ask for your proposed square footage and choose the tile look you want.
Maybe this will help you: Pool Tile Pictures

Im not sure on painting costs, its another question you will have to forward to your local paint store. Best of luck to you!!

Grab a phone book and start calling pool construction .
These people do not come here for advice. so you will wait forever.
Depending on the type of plaster, you looking at 6000 to 8000 bucks. Money is not indication how well it will the be done. You need inside help to avoid disapointment.
Also, may want go to the Noble Tile Supply by Harry Hines and ask for some business cards of replaster contractors.
Some of the procedures to watch for:
Correct preparation ("prep") which inludes chipping around inlets, pool light, wall steps and 2-3 inch margin bellow pool tile.
Correct acid wash afterwards, with plenty of water washing of the remnants of diluted acid.
Proper application of BondKote (bonding agent), which will determine how long the new plaster will adhere to the old one.
And of course you need an experienced crew and dedicated boss, that has an interest in promoting his company to supervise the whole work.
Good luck!

I live in the same area and replaster with Diamondbrite cost me $3,500, 3 years ago.
I replaced the tile myself and also did the prep.worth about $550.(exposing gunite below tile and around the inlets and wall steps).
The tile job was quoted $1560.00 (regular tile guy will not bid a pool job!).
The material cost me about $550.00 for 16'x32' oval.
