Straps under oval pool

I was wondering if anybody knows if these can be replaced or if there is something else you can use for this. I bought a used pool and the not all of the straps are there.

The support straps that go under the sand across the width of the pool. they help hold the sides from pushing out

Ahhh, gotcha.

I am not familiar with that kind of above-ground pool construction. All the Above ground pools I had were basically a big sheet metal ring, many uprights and a top rail...no straps. Sorry.
