Hi all
Moved in to our new house that has a above ground pool. This probably a silly question but I need to know. There is about 7 inches of ice on the pool cover, I live in a very cold climate. When the ice melts will this cause any problems with the pool?

Ice problems - above ground pools

You should try to remove the ice or the water as it melts. The stress caused by the weight can cause the cover to stretch and reduce its lifespan, especially if there is no pillow in the pool.
