pool liner

My pool water got to low in the winter. The liner is only 2 years old. My husband filled the pool up to try to get it to fix itself but it hasn't.The liner has not come off around the top.Please tell me this problem is fixable be cause we cannot afford another liner.

What exactly is the problem? Did the liner shift?

I believe water got under the liner. But I asked a pool man and he said that in the dry months the water would evaporate.

If the slab had decent drainage around it, you would never get water under the liner.

It should run into the ground as the water table drops in the heat.
