i have had major problems with stains rapidly spreading on my pool surface.the pool service i used for 5 years misbalanced my pool and at 1 point it looked more like a pond.this company says the problem is in my filter,i'm not running it long enough..were going to court next week and hes using that for his excuse..does anyone have any suggestions for me that i can use in court?please help...

Stains on the pool surface can result either from organics like leaves (with high tannin content), or from metals in the water.

Running the filter 24/7 would not prevent either of these things from causing stains. He's trying to bullsh%^# his way out of it.

Try to get an expert in to determine the nature and cause of the stains and their report will win you the case.
