stummped every one, green water

I have a customer at my hot tub store who has a 1,272 liter hot tub (336 gallons) he is on brominse sanatizer, and a natural enzime chemical line we use called eco one, here is the site

his water keeps turning green on him and we can't figure out why. he has super clorinated, he has drained the spa three times, there is no sign of buildup on the sides of the tub no residue or scum, and his chemical levels all keep showing good. no matter what we do his water keeps turning green. so any one who has any ideas i welcome it cus im out of them.

he is bringing me a water sample to test this afternoon ill post the results when i get it he is also having some foaming, but i think it may be a unrelated issue.

sounds like a metals problem, I would try a 1pt bottle Metal Be Gone

i thought metals too but there has never been any metal trace in the towns water before this

I think you should try it, maybe heater is old.

well i know it's not the heater thats old i installed his hot tub my self it's only a month old, but im going to test his water for metals any way and see what i can find
