If the pool is outdoors exposed to sunlight, do nothing. The chlorine level will drop on its own. With CYA in the pool, even 10 ppm FC is not actually very high and you can swim in it with no problem. I assume you probably have at least 30 ppm CYA in the pool. If so, then 10 ppm FC is equivalent to swimming in an indoor pool with 0.5 ppm FC and no CYA.
