Hello, I have an inground pool with 1 1/2 returns. I can not get my winter plugs to hold or could I get rubber expansion plugs to hold. Howeve I could get a regular 11/2 sch 40 plug to hold with teflon tape. Is there any reason why I should not use a regular plug? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
