Ants

I see some ants.. some big and some slow moving red ones.. are those Carpenter ants around the pool area. I used some ant killer and those "Ant homes/ traps" are those ok? Some of the red ones are big ... and they move fast. How can I get those. I did not want to spray it around the pool area.

You should be okay to spray around the pool area, just not in it. I am not sure where or how they come but it sounds like they are just ants looking for food.
