filtration problems

when the six position valve is in the filtration posistion i have poor flow back to the pool on circulatin the flow is great ive changed sand in the filter but problem still exists the pump is a cetikin type any ideas?

Did you check the collectors before you put in the new sand? They could be clogged or scaled up.
