pump running, but no circulation

water circulation suddenly stopped. The pump is running but no circulation.

DE filter is clean, skimmer basket and pump basket is clean.

what could be the problem?

make sure all of your jandy valves are open. If there is no suction, your pressure gauge should be pinned high. shut down so you don't burn out your pump. check the basket that is attached to the line side of your pump.

have you had any dirt go down the line that you know of? As you may have dirt in the impeller, therefore meaning no water is passing through your pump

what does filter pressure read?
you can take pump lid off & lube O-ring then add water to basket then close & start pump to see if it reprimes.
If this does not help you can check for clog between skimmer & pump.
take pump lid off & insert garden hose with drain-king on the end into pipe comming from skimmer & turn on water which will push anything clogging pipe back out at skimmer. You can also use air compressor with nozzle that blows air with old shirt/towle rapped around it.
third thing check impeller, take off pump lid & take out pump basket then take your finger/small screw driver & turn impeller which is small hole at the bottom. It should turn freely & normally you would feel debris if theres any.
