Pool Maintence

We had some imitation rock put around our saltwater pool about 6 mo. ago. The contractor sealed the surface but now we are seeing white areas (spots) on the surface. I'm not sure if it's salt from the water or if it's coming from the rock product.
How do I clean this off of the surfice. I tried high pressure water, and brushing but it comes back. HELP

Sounds like scale leaching out of the "rocks". A good sealant/ surface paint should keep the moisture in the new feature and prevent the white scale from forming.
