We have an indoor pool and there is a colorless film over all the water. ANY ideas on how to get rid of the film?

If it looks like an oil film, then either an enzyme product or non-chlorine shock (potassium monopersulfate, MPS) can help break it down. You can also try using a scum ball though I've tried those myself and didn't have success (but others have had better results). For my outdoor pool, the non-chlorine shock did the trick.

One can also shock with chlorine, but for an indoor pool that's not as practical since it takes much longer for the chlorine level to drop since there's no sunlight to break down the chlorine.
