wedding cake II steps help

Trying to get help on installing steps for my above ground pool. I have the weding cake II steps . It almost seems imposible to get the blasts in the steps. I have read the instructions and can't get them on right. Any help will out there. Any body else have these steps.

Most of the Boston Wedding venues offer cakes as gift from their own behalf free of cost. They make it prepared according to couple's choice.

I know it’s quite an old post to discuss my wedding planning but I am really in urgent need. Last week I booked a spacious venue for the day and it has cost me quite low. But main issue we have with this place is not to have any extra room to keep our cheap wedding favors. I have already made the payment and can’t go for other option due to shortage of time. Please suggest me any idea guys.
