seaside pool

We are looking at building a pool 200mt back from the beach, what issues will we have with seaspray, sand etc..... how hard will it be to maintain

i service a bunch of pools rite on the beach and i have no problem with them at all. most of them are salt generated systems, and they really stay very nice due to the moisture and everything being damp. they really never have to much sand in them. over all it is pretty nice.
