We just had our pool replastered with a 3M Color Quartz plaster. The pool is filling as I type! I was told by the installer, that I should add approximately 1 gallon of acid to every 4,000 gallaons of water... This would be about 6-7 gallons of acid. I am assuming this is used as an initial "acid bath" to expose the quartz.... Is this correct.
Any guidance to the start-up would be greatly appreciated!
