Solar Fish

Anyone familiar with the Solar Fish that keep the heat from escaping the pool? Supposed to work like a solar cover and it has worked for me in the past. My question is ....does anyone know what ingredients are in those fish? I would like to know if I can find an alternative that is cheaper then the fish besides a solar cover. Looked like some of it contained rubbing alcohol but they dont list all the ingredients in it. Thanks :)
